One is as Danielle Harris had gotten out of the Laundry Chute, she has blood down her leg because the Michael actor actually stabbed her with the knife accidentally through the Chute. Not too many people noticed that.
Oooh, that’s crazy. I definitely noticed the blood, but I thought it was just a scene removed bc they didn’t want to show her/a child getting stabbed. So they just insinuated it by having her bloody.

Not really a movie goof per se, but Michael playing with the chain in his cell always bothered me. Seems so stupid.
