Cuando colocas cualquier disco en la Amoladora , cualquier tipo , para retirar éste solo hay que apretar el trabajo manualmente girar el disco , no es imprescindible dañar un dado y solo para soldar un par cabillitas o mechas partidas de 1/4 " .
Un dado de 19mm X 1/2 es más importante que un par de cabillitas de 1/4 " .
Pudiendo apretar fuerte el pulsador y girar con aprensión el disco .

Cool tool, but you can lighten up some, use a tapered head bolt and a jam nut instead of a full-size nut

I never use a grinder tool to change the disc. Always by hand.

The grinding disc needs hand tightening only
Yes, That's all you need.. But I had grinding wheels, wire wheels, and cutting whees break, get in a bind, or kick back and get super tight. This tool makes it easier to remove the nut when that happens. I used the impact just to demonstrate that it can be used for this application when that happens. Thank yo for watching.

i was watching a video from Asia Pacific and he was using the grinder wheel on the wrong side and it never bound up once.
Yes a very cool tool quicker than putting the Round retaining nut in a vice.

Yeah I just use my hands unplug the grinder and grab the disk and turn 90% of the time it comes off
That’s a great way to add a magnet to the angle grinder nut tool. I’ll have to do that to mine. It’s a very useful tool. I use the one I made all the time. Good luck with the video and keep up the good work.
Why not just open it by hand? Gets a bit more difficult if it's a small cutting disk though but still doable haha

The only time I ever use a spanner is to loosen a wire wheel.

te recomendaría que la llave que viene con la máquina amoladora no la uses sobre la guarda del disco sino donde éste no está, de esa forma te ahorrarías tiempo, un tubo o dado, un imán de neodimio y hasta un atornillador...ahora, si todo es para jugar y usar las herramientas, está todo más que bien...
#1: Correct tool for the job; put the bit in a cordless driver
#2: You don't need to tighten a flap disk or cutting disk. I haven't used a grinder wrench in years, finger tight is enough, if you can't loosten it by hand you've been grinding with too much pressure
I was going to say the same. People tend to over tighten the nut, usually a quick hit with the palm of the hand on the disk and the nut loosens. The way an angle grinder is designed, the nut self tightens anyway, there is no fear of it loosening by itself.
Or the cutoff wheel got caught.

That second tool is going to destroy a few angle grinders for sure. Where you really having trouble with the including spanner? Really? Maybe you shouldn't be using that tool anyway lol. Clever solution to a problem no one had, I'll give you that.
