Keep the good staff going! Please includ this topic which is very much debated for design and use: when and why for every AHU an additional circulation pump is installed in the supply pipeline of the AHU skid combined with 3 way valve and 2way control valve installed on the coil outlet. Also explain where and why this small circulator pump is better to be install on supply vs return pipeline, considerin heating vs cooling water as well. I dont refer to the main circulation pumps of the entire loop but for each brach with AHU.
I have explained about the Superheat and Subcooling in a video. The link is below. What is Superheat and Subccoling? ua-cam.com/video/-WY3eJKotrE/v-deo.htmlsi=2FbHpTtb8EcdX1Xy
Hi Sir, I'm facing a problem with my SKM AHU, having a 3 way valve. If I run the AHU through a 3 way valve or by the bypass, the Supply air temp and Return air temp doesn't come down but remains the same.. Presently the Supply air temp is 14.1°C and return air temp is 23.6.°C. The CHW inlet temp is 46.04°F and the outlet temp is 48.02°F, chiller running at 60% load with its inlet temp 47.8 °F and outlet temp 42.2°F. I have carried out a deep cleaning of the cooling coil with indoor coil cleaning chemical , clean the blower, changed the motor pulley as the groove had worn out, fixed a new V- belt, cleaned the air filters, cleaned the Y strainer and back flushed the CHW line for an debris in the cooling coil, if any. The result supply and return air temperature remained the same. What can I do. Kindly advice Kindly advice
I've seen a lot of explainations for PICV, but this is by far the best explaination I've ever seen.
I'm glad it was helpful. Thank you 😊
thank u, ur videos are helping comprehend a lot of aspects of my contracting engineering job
I am so glad😊
Best channel i have ever found for hvac
Thank you so much 😍

very good explanation , thank you.
You are welcome!
3 way valve is a method to bypass the individual ahu instead of Vfd control. thanks for information.
Yes, you are right. Thank you.
Easyl I understand good thanks
You are welcome
Great video playlist brother 👍
Hi, can you make video regarding heat exchanger and valve packages related to chiller , Fahd … etc
Pls, explain snap acting and madulating valve difference.
Thank you 👍
You are welcome 😊👍

Please make a video on all valves are used in hvac
Yeah, Noted. 📝
@@zebralearnings waiting sir, I'm your regular viewer
@@faisal-hw5cm Thanks and keep support ❤
@@zebralearnings yup always 💕
Please make video sir
why the dampers are usually installed at the return pipe but not supply side?
Are you asking about the Actuator or PICV?
@zebralearnings sorry for the typo, I meant the valves, not the dampers
Tq
Sir could you please make a video related to interview questions on HVAC
Yeah sure, I am preparing the questions to make video.
May i share your video on linked in. or any other HVAC group online.
Yeah sure, you can share the video link to any HVAC group and linked in.
Thank you ❤️
In the case of 3 way valve , most of energy waste due pump always run in maximum speed.

Three way valve when we will used?
If there is no VFD in Pump, then three-way valve will be used.
Picv full foam name.
It's Pressure Independent Control Valve.
