Sudan Facing Worst Humanitarian Crisis in Horn of Africa's History

Human Rights Watch Senior Researcher in the Crisis, Conflict and Arms Division, Jean-Baptiste Gallopin says the scale of famine in Sudan is unprecedented and efforts to bring food to the victims of the ongoing conflicts are being barred by both warring parties. He is calling on diplomats to implement the international law on war crimes to bring those responsible to justice.
