    I bought a used Image Class MF 232w with no manual and used your video and set up my printer for wireless...only took about 15 minutes...thank you so very much for this easy video..I'm 62 and not very computer savvy but this made it sooo easy.

    I have the printer MF 110/910, I believe it's the same. I changed WIFI companies and It won't allow me through system manager password, I'm not sure what it is. I was reading to put in default 7654321. It tells me incorrect. Could you help me get through that?

    After installation the software does not see my device and even after putting in the IP address it still does not see the device. What is the problem. I have mf113w.

      I had the same problem and it was my router. Call your network provider to resolve it.

    Pressed Home Button and it goes to Language and I can't get out of it. Won't reset. Won't go back. Think I will return to store. Video shows it as automatic.

    Great video. Thank you. I do have one question. When I let my printer sit idle, with it on for about a week or so, the orange error light comes on, and I have to shut it off and then turn it back on to reconnect with the internet. Would it help to enter the IP address manually, instead of having it set to auto?

    Dose anybody know how to set this to print on both sides of the paper or can it not?

      Hi! The imageCLASS MF113w is designed to produce single-sided prints. The print on both sides of a sheet of paper, you'll need to flip the page over and feed it through a second time.

    I wonder how many networks can you save in the settings ?

      Hi, Mike! Whenever you need to switch your imageCLASS MF113w to another network, you'll need to enter that network's password. The printer does not retain network credentials from previous logins on other networks.

    The printer recognizes my wireless router but is rejecting my router's password. I can't connect my new printer, and Canon doesn't offer any weekend support. Also their web site gives you a phone number to call Mon-Friday 8:00-5:00. They don't indicate what time zone that is, so I guess I'll call in the morning before I have to leave for work and see what happens. Super frustrating.

    Hi, can the printer be connected to the 5GHz wifi network? According to the spec sheet, it seems like the printer can be connected only to the 2.4GHz network. Thanks

      Hi, Kenny! Your imageCLASS MF113w is designed to use a 2.4 GHz signal. If you're using a 5 GHz router, you'll want to check to see if it offers backward compatibility for 2.4 GHz communication.

      @@CanonUSA I have both the 2.4 GHz and the 5 GHz. I run my laptop with the 5 GHz. Will I have to change it on my laptop every time i want to print?

    Good day my printer is connected to the network and we tried using the ip address to find the printer and we havent been able to find any printer , please assist

      Hi, Ali! Your imageCLASS MF113w comes with a starter toner cartridge which can produce approximately 700 pages according to industry-standard tests. The full-capacity replacement toner cartridge can produce approximately 1,600 pages based on those same tests.

    Please someone help me to change the display settings from Chinese to English

      Hi! If you purchased your imageCLASS MF113w from a Canon USA authorized dealer, all of information on its display should appear in English by default.
      If you've unintentionally set the printer to display in a different language, you can change it back through the printer's menu. Just follow these steps:
      1. From the HOME screen, scroll down to the 6th item on the list (this would appear as "Menu" in English) and press the "OK" button.
      2. Choose the 3rd item on the next list ("Preferences").
      3. Choose the 1st and only item on the next list ("Display Settings").
      4. Choose the 10th item on the next list ("Language").
      5. Finally, choose the 3rd item on the list ("English").
      Once you do that, everything should instantly switch over to English. To change the user interface language, you can perform the same steps, except that in step 4, you'll need to choose the 11th option ("Remote UI Language").
