I love this entire performance so much! They sound absolutely amazing and together even more magical. Taeyang is beyond amazing BUT DAMN IM IN LOVE WITH JIMINS VOICE. He’s truly a rare vocalist! Never heard a voice like his in my life. His tone, color, and range adds so much to every song he’s on, he’s like the “cherry on top.” Honestly a reason why he’s my top fave vocalist and one of the best in the industry no doubt. His control and pitch accuracy is amazing. I’m convinced Jimin eats cds for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Just pure raw talent is what jimin is.

Jimin and Taeyang's voices go together really well. Taeyang's acts as an anchor and Jimin's brings on the buzz. Jimin's voice is so colorful and pretty. He has a surprising range. Taeyang's is strong and warm. He has incredible control of his pitch, wow. I love it when they sing in unison. They could be related. They have similar face shape and features, and they're even the same height. You can tell Jimin is so over the moon to be collaborating with Taeyang. He probably can't believe he's sitting in that room. I love the BASS PLAYER! The whole unplugged scene is super sweet and relaxed. I can hear Michael Jackson's influence.

I was first VIP and now ARMY as well. I feel like it says a lot about Taeyang that he not only "featured" Jimin in his solo song, but he gave him equal parts showcasing Jimin's beautiful voice. Shows humility, respect to Jimin, and confidence in himself imo.
It really makes me respect Taeyang all the more. Seems that for him, it was purely about the music and delegating who sounds best for what part. Plus, imagine how ecstatic Jimin is to be hyped up by his greatest inspiration!!! Both are absolute legends.
Oh, and if y'all wanna see Suga fanboying over Taeyang while eating together, a video just came out yesterday on Bangtan channel. It was wholesome to see a another side of Suga. the level of respect he has for Taeyang just goes to show the impact Big Bang had on the members of BTS.

I watched it and discovered a new side of Yoongi’s personality. Him expressing his genuine feelings of love and admiration for BIGBANG nearly made me cry. Because he doesn’t do that very often and we know it comes from the ❤. I love SUGA!

I like this version so much! It is truly “VIBY”! And Jimin’s vocals just “sing” - that lower register just hits you in the solar plexus - is that vibrato I hear? I love how they have come together and on their way to being friends (since Taeyang hangs with RM at art galleries and Suga wants to produce a song for him - but Jimin snagged the collab- so proud of him).

You know, I think that this performance (whatever you want to call it>>>lol!) showcases how hard Jiminie has worked on his vocal skills. It's probably the BEST we have seen from him, vocally. If you listen to the tones and to the way he adds to the quality, you can just hear it. He's clear, he's right on key, and he's strong. A couple of years ago (was it in 2020?) he mentioned that he had started working with a vocal coach. This version of Jiminie's voice is a result of that. He has worked so hard. He is just such a beautiful and amazing Human. He deserves every bit of praise, success, and happiness.... 💜💜💜🐥💜💜💜

Nothing beats a LIVE ARRANGEMENT. I grew up as the kid of a musician from my dad's gigs to performing in church nothing sounds better than a band behind a vocalist. This also shows how solid both of them are vocally. I can tell Jimin has really put in the work in on his vocals and I can't wait until he carries an entire album because I know he can do it. As far as Taeyang. He's a OG out here so I know he's put in that work. VIBE is a great song and I can't wait to see it in concert.
