The Dark Night Of The Soul - The South Bay School Of The Spirit

In this message at the South Bay School Of The Spirit, we discuss the topic of The Dark Night Of The Soul which is a term coined by Saint John of the Cross. It is a deep process even considered to be a gift in which God deals with the Soul which consists of the mind, will, and emotions. There are independent aspects within each of our souls that keep the life of God from ruling, and being expressed through the soul. Our souls are to be the medium of expression of the Spirit. As long as our souls are resistant to the Spirit we will lose experiencing the true divine nature flowing from our inner-man. A death process occurs within our souls as we go through the dark night of the soul. God will allow us, even tailor make circumstances for us to go through in order to break down, and purify, our self life in order for his life to flow!
