Your setup looks phenomenal - the laptop, keyboard and monitor together is stunning. Razer really have such a beautiful design in their product lineup.
Glad you are enjoying yours. Although synapse has its faults, I love how well it all works together! And I love having a load of ports on the back of the stand, makes it a much cleaner set up
I can actually see this being extremely useful to lots of Mac users. With it, you don't have to worry about getting a USB-C or thunderbolt display to use with the MacBook. That would be extremely convenient and allow for the reuse of older displays that are still quite nice.
@@MashITTech so far so good, albeit the thing is overpriced, which all Razer products are. I did a quick field test of my Razer Blade 18 4090 recording with OBS at 80,000 kbps while playing WRC Generations, getting around 100 to 120 fps, with the web cam going, wireless headset and wireless controller also plugged in. A multitasking test. I uploaded it to YT.
I just used this on my blade 18 and it seems way to back heavy. The front of the laptop wants to lift up when adjusting the laptop. It seems a bit precarious on top of it. Maybe I'm not supposed to use the keyboard when it's on the stand.
@@epacholec I use the keyboard on my Blade 18 on the stand. For the 17 and 18 inch Razer Blades you have to scoot the laptop forward a little so that the back rubber bar which is along the bottom of the laptop is butted up against the top of the stand. It's not like the 15 inch laptop where you align the bottom of the laptop flush with the bottom of the stand. With the larger laptops you pull it forward a little, about an inch. Makes it more stable. It doesn't move at all when I type on the blade 18 keyboard.
Thanks mate, we have just moved to a much larger new office/studio hence the lack of content. We are fresh and rearing to go as soon as these new laptops release.

I agree. I run 3 monitors w/ my laptop and tried the Razer to match my aesthetics, but It was not great other than the lights. I ended up getting a a 3M adjustable stand that beat the Razer Chroma stand by many many miles in functional department.
Dude i like the laptop stand. The razer sits so flat so it gives the screen a good lift. Is it good for gaming? Like if i just wanted to game using the laptop stand, Or do you find it uncomfortable?
I regularly use it for gaming to allow airflow under it. It isn't uncomfortable but felt odd when I first used it, I adjusted within minutes and have gamed on it regularly since
Hey mate I’m looking for a way to get a standing dock for my ipad. Do you think this can help out? I don’t know if the app settings are available for ipad os or macosx. By the way i loved the review! 👏 Thank you so much for your help!
The ports should work fine and I will test it with my iPad Pro 12” later. Unfortunately synapse isn’t mac compatible so you won’t be able to use that to control the lighting but I believe someone has created an app to control the lights on mac, I will find it for you

So, I tested the dock with my iPad Pro 12 and it sits well in both portrait or landscape. when you plug the USBC in the RGB lighting cycles slowly through the colour spectrum by default which look nice. In landscape mode the angle is great for drawing. I also plugged a keyboard and mouse in which worked perfectly :) hope this answers all your questions.

Can you game directly on the razerblade placed on the stand? Realised the stand is smaller than the laptop and I am worried that gaming directly might put downward pressure on the laptop.
Would this thing work well with the Razor Blade 16"? It says on the website that it's made for the 13, 15 and 17... I kinda wanna get it, but I'm just unsure... Can someone help me here?
They don’t include one as it doesn’t necessarily need one as you can power it with a laptop. If you are using this with a gaming laptop like a blade 15 or 16 then don’t bother getting one but if you plan to use this with a usbc powered ultrabook then get a good quality 100w adapter like an anker or ugreen charger

I wish it had a network adapter on the base as well, that would be a complete dock/stand setup as their laptops don't come with the RJ45 connections.
