@ksherkee I have never been so angry & full of hate as I was watching these scenes. It's as if nobody cares that Patrick lost the love of his life. Nobody came up to Anna and Patrick to offer condolences or anything. There was no "Oh, my God...one of our best doctors is dead! How can we help the family?" Everyone went about their business, or in this case, shoved Patrick's grief for his wife, and his grief of having to tell his daughter her mother is dead, aside. Disgusting!
In her defense, she was recovering from her rape and just found out she was pregnant by either her rapist or her husband. On top of that, she was determined to save Jason because it's the only thing she felt like she had control over.
Finola and Jason completely nail these scenes. My heart breaks every time I see this.
