Bounty system sounds insane I think it truly is innovative. Super excited for non franchize CS. I think it completely ruined valorant, and cs has tons of these horrible franchize teams stealing spots from deserved teams.
The bounty head hunting format seems interesting, still didn't like 6 team play offs in the "open" a fan of bo5 grand finals, rivals seems like the ideal format, and then paying teams to attend seems like it'll be a requirement next year with overlapping tournaments and the rise of Saudi and gambling sponsor funded events that could ruin the valve rankings
If you check the Liquipedia page, Blast doesn't have a single S tier tournament overlapping with another with the exception of SkyEsports. Actually, Neither do PGL nor ESL, which shows that they are really not trying to compete with the big names
@@Jane-qh2yd and the paying teams to attend contributes to that, if they were to try to compete with the other large TOs bidding wars would ensue, you've only furthered my point, this issue impedes smaller TOs from gaining a foothold in the space and incentivises established and deep pocketed TOs as I mentioned with the Saudi and Gambling sponsor funded events as prize pool correlates to ranking points.
