Those demons/spirits still try to come around and mess with me in my sleep (during sleep paralysis) but the Holy Spirit takes over and tells them that I’m a child of god and they vanish. God is the creator and every spirits bows to him. When you take on this life you will still have battles but god will always be there to forgive and guide you. When you fall just get right back up. Don’t give up. Reading the holy Bible also helps, helps you understand the character of god and you will find out from the beginning of time humans have always been imperfect.
