Moving is so stressful! I can only imagine how much more stressful and expensive it is in NYC. You are honestly the most genuine UA-camr. I never think that you’re rude. It takes at least a month or two to get situated in a new home. People need to chill and give you time to settle in. Enjoy the new place! It looks beautiful! 😊
I think this apartment is AMAZING! I prefer the open plan look as you feel u are living in a bigger space rather than walls cornering off small rooms and limiting natural lighting. The exposed brick walls and large windows is what I am in love with, I love the rustic industrial look with a modern twist. Once you finish decorating I know this space will be breath taking. 😍

the bedroom is so cozy, one of my friends actually had a similar situation in an apartment she stayed in and it wasn't walls up to the ceiling but it made it cute and cozy like a tent. Supercool it's been a vine storage cellar building and that you have a vine fridge. I think you are doing right in saving money and downsizing!

This is very similar to the loft I lived in in Vancouver except it had poured concrete floors, an exposed bathroom (the toilet was in a room but everything else was out) and no divider for the bedroom... was literally 1000 sq ft rectangle but I loved it so much! This layout is great. Love the brick too... brick is life. Built in backdrop 🙌🏼

That bathroom layout is perfection
It really is genius. Small but someone has a tub, big shower and double vanity. I mean the toilet is practically in the sink but I don’t mind haha
