it's so hard getting back to normal after being unwell, whether that's mentally or physically but remember to take things easy, one day at a time as unfortunately, there's no fast forward button on healing.

I usually hand write on my videos using my IPad + IMovie! Otherwise I just use random fonts on Phonto, my fave is Baskerville 🫶🏼
