Early Extension in the Golf Swing

Early extension continually is one of the main things I get asked about. Like most things in the golf swing, there isn't one way to stop it from happening, and it's usually caused because something earlier in the swing is out of position. Early extension then happens to help make the most playable shot happen from the positions you're in.
In this video I wanted to talk about some physical limitations as well as technique issues that can be causing early extension. I also wanted to show a great drill to help learn the opposite motions of early extension.
