When they do the right vine- weave around count 30, it looks like some one is off a step and not in sync. Is this the way it should be? thanks

No. It's not that they aren't in sync with one another, however it almost the gentleman in this video almost seems to step on his partner, but still a very good video for demo purposes and a very pretty dance at that. This is my favorite video compared to others on this same dance on UA-cam.
