Ive never seen Tristan do shrugs. In fact I’ve never seen them do any real bodybuilding exercises apart from pushups, pullups and some bicep curls. Yet they are built like bodybuilders. So obvious that they are on juice.

I have huge upper traps and the rest of my physique is sh!t since I'm fairly new to the gym needless to say im natural but my traps got really big really quickly because genetics i have very similar genetics to the Tates aesthetically when it comes to muscle shapes that kind of stuff

Here’s the reason why Andrew Tate doesn’t generally gain any muscle and it’s because he takes no rest days according to him and I’m gonna trust that since he’s in better shape than me and I have no right to talk shit on him I mean, I guess I do but Long story short Tristan probably took some steroids after he got into the fight where he injured his shoulder and that’s why he ended his boxing career and Andrew could keep fighting to this day if he wanted to, but now he got all the money in the world and doesn’t really need to fight. He still trains though so that’s good, no matter how they got their money better
