- Following up on positive feedback from a previous video showcasing visual mods that turn the game into a colorful fantasy, we are taking an opposite approach with this video release, and completely visually transform Skyrim into a dark fantasy!
This video release is another breakthrough in my endeavor to improve in video & audio production, and I hope you enjoy it!

hello there sunshine. try ESO's modlist, its by far the most well rounded and immersive list Ive used. its a nexusmods download manager (vortex) list for quick install. took me an hour to follow tutorial and start playing. modding for this game has come soooo far

This overhaul looks so cool. I've been running the cathedral weathers with Rudy enb for a long while and that's gorgeous, but this hits my gothic loving brain perfectly!

This video clearly shows the work, the effort put into it. Dark fantasy is one of my favorite genres will definitely try a few new mods.
Heads up people, modding takes time and effort, so be sure to use Mod organizer 2 and read each description if you want your game to look like his as most of these mode have a bunch of dependencies. Loved the video Btw.

thats the only thing i dislike of modding. I download a mod and turns out it needs another mod to work properly, but those mods also require other addons to work and so on and so on. Instead of downloading a mod i end up downloading 50 that god knows what they do, all i know is that for some reason they are needed to run other mods to run other mods so i can run the only mod i want.
Very impressive, always wanted to see a grim and dark themed Skyrim on a PC that can handle the fps. As mine cannot. Thanks for the showcase!

If you're referring to the dark red female outfit at 4:23 it's called Desert Sorceress Outfit by DarkAngel. It's also been ported to xbox by PeaceoftheWorld. I think it's orginally from Dark Souls.
Looks so good but does it force everywhere to be foggy and spooky? Places like solitude and such I prefer sunny for immersion doesn't feel right that everyday its fog everywhere? Great video either way 👌

my game start with a blackscreen and on the left corner is a little text from the ENB and then it crashes (the Bethesta intro didn´t come).
can anyone help what the reason is ? is it the ENB or my mods ?

Don't know about the others, but the female outfit at 4:23 is called Desert Sorceress Outfit by DarkAngel. It's also been ported to xbox by PeaceoftheWorld. I think it has its own set body weight.

I have a dark setup with minimal mods: Noble and Osmodius after that for textures. Only Dark Forests of Skyrim for trees and let it overwrite everything. It's really dark now... No grass mod. You want to see landscape textures and to be harsh and scarce for grass.
Vivid Weathers - it is gloomy, cloudy and foggy most of the time and if I'm not mistaking, you can control the frequency of that. Rudy END has a setup especially for Vivid Weathers and adds effects to it.
As game play, Revenge of the Enemies and OBIS. It is a lot more difficult and daugrs are now very powerful and cursed and dark. Collect Unique Corpses and Enhanced Thralls will let you make thrall any creature and OBIS adds some nasty bandits - you can pick from it. You'll need it because Revenge of the Enemies is really tough. Frostfall, Wet and Cold are nice additions.
I'm planning to upload a video with it. Finally, it is Legendary Edition.

Fantastic video! A dark & gloomy Skyrim looks amazing!
Don't get me wrong the original skyrim back in 2011 is a dark fantasy game that why often compare with dark soul before mods. The entire morrowind, oblivion and skyrim is a dark fantasy game.
It's a great collection, however the Town/cities mods are an actual immpossible thing to put together with mods like dynamic snow, no snow under the roof, ai overhaul, guards armor replcaer etc.
due to the patches needed.

Heyy, so i have never really installed mods by myself, i tried to install all the mods in the description on the video + the ones required to install those. When i try to launch Skyrim with SKSE, it does launch, but when i try to create a new game it crashes as soon as the loading screen starts, i have no idea why or which mod is making that happen, could anybody help me ?
