    Ask her if she is willing to hear critical analysis from staff who have left the organization on their own or have been terminated. A.I. cancels them out as if they didn't exist and won't listen to any criticism constructive or otherwise. See no evil, hear no evil. As soon as you ask anything of a critical nature they all put their hands over their ears and turn into the Vancome Lady... "la-la-la-la-la-la... I don't hear you."
