select the oval with green star and replace the trigger with start effect on click of the Oval Spin. if your having trouble stopping the image from spinning and going on to the next slide!

The trigger of anchor shape's entrance animation should be the spin name (Oval 9), and I think the exit animation of Oval 10 might be unnecessary.

Spin button not functioning during stop
Way to fast. Slow down. Sheesh. Can’t tell what you’re clicking on
so everyone say its a great tutorial , but honestly everyone forget the main thing! Once you cut and paste it becomes a picture meaning it's uneditable , so if you need to make it again, you'll have to redo the whole process again, which seems like total waste of time. Why not show us how to do a random clicker template which will be editable?
I can only click once and then it boots me to the next slide. I need to spin to wheel many times. Help please!

I had a hard following the animations for the anchor. The video was too fast during that part.

why do u use 15? is it total no. of names?
in the other tutorials that i have seen, he divided the number of his students to 360 and that's what he puts on the second column.
My only question is how do I prevent going to the next slide if I want to spin the wheel multiple times?
I'm having the same issue. It spins twice and then advances to the next slide every single time.

If you have the option, on the Exit "fade out" click the box that says "rewind when done playing" and you can keep hitting the remaining button and will keep starting and stopping as you hit it. This was way to fast, but you just have to play it out.
