You just need to strengthen your muscle memory by practising every day. Start by playing on easy then step it to normal then to hard, expert, expert+. And also try using the practice mode it's really helpful if you're trying to complete a level. Try starting a level that you already finished on whatever difficulty and try upping the speed by 5% each time and then start playing on the normal speed, you'll realise a huge difference for sure, or that's what I felt at least.
