Cirque d'Hiver 2014

There's a lovely round building near Place de la Republique in Paris built during the reign of Napoleon III that holds a winter circus (Cirque d'Hiver) every season from mid-October to mid-March. The single ring arena inside is surrounded with plush seats covered in red velvet. The show each year is always different, with more than a dozen acts spread over nearly two hours of lively entertainment. This is just a small sample of the 2013-2014 offering.
