THE REAL WAY TO GET THE CARS: You do the world tours. Each special car has their individual tour, with the exception of the rally x car. For the Rally X car you have to complete the final EX tour called planetary exit(a race full of angelus and crinale cars).
J. Xavier it's top speed is not as effective as you think. Despite it having excellent grip, it also has very poor drift, making it harder to charge up the nitrous since Pac-Man has the SHORTEST nitrous on the game, meaning it's not very effective
@@PacGuy765 The Rally-X car is the only car that can beat Neo plus ultra tour since it have the most powerful Nitro in the game. But the recharge rate is the lowest, and it have no gears making it very slow in the low rev range.
@@haaxxx9 i did the non plus ultra Tour with crinale, pac man or Other Cars, using their ram speed when they Crash Into you or drift Into them when they trying to Passing you gives you extra speed, so you Drive with Pacman 430 for a second
