    haha. too much customer feedback is not a common problem. We certainly don't need AI to parse through it. I've seen feedback at scale, and it takes 10 minutes to confirm that you already know what is wrong, the hard part is fixing it.

      doug b thanks for commenting. Big problems will naturally surface to the top but when you’re trying to tackle the long tail of issues to level up the customer experience you might discover 20-30 different smaller issues that become very hard prioritise without seeing how they have been trending and which user segments have been affected. Our approach to this problem is to speed up the process of discovering insights so teams can get on with prioritising and fixing them.
