Will this method work on plastic cups
Hi thank you for this video I really like the way your cup came out I have a question can you do the tacky method on an acrylic cup Thank you for your video. Do you spray paint your tumblers? And how long do you dry them between putting on the tackle glue?
The only issue I see with acrylic is it may be hard to really see the glitter since it's a clear cup but I haven't tied it so not sure. I usually let my spray paint dry for like 30 minutes to an hour before I add my tack it, if it's a really humid day here in Florida sometimes I need to let it dry a little Longer.
What color base for a gold halographic? I’m stuck between gold, white or black
I always base them the color of my holo glitter because when you burnish it down the glitter isn't as opaque. I do black for color shifts though.
Do you have to spray paint the tumbler before using he tack it?
A base coat matching your glitter gives the best results. If you’re doing silver glitter I would still spray paint the tumbler silver after you prep it. If you do try it on the stainless steel please let me know how it turned out ☺️

@@FunkyFlamingoshop is it supposed to be sticky when it dries?? I tried a tack it method and when it dried it wasn’t tacky at all. 🫤 I did not see the same look when I burnished either. Can you use multiple glitters?

Oh man. They didn’t have tack it so I got the tacky glue. Oh well thanks for saving me a tumbler!

How long are you letting it dry before adding glitter?
I let mine dry like 10 minutes, you can speed up drying with a heat gun but I just do something else while it's drying.
How long for tack it to dry?
About 10 minutes is all you really need. :)
