Last week I had to leave my job urgently because I was worried that it’s beginning to affect my mental health. Then I started spending my time visiting gardens and with every visit I would buy a plant and plant it in my garden. It does really divert the thoughts and refreshes the mindset. At the same time I would choose plants that not only looking very beautiful but bee friendly. My husband and I wanted to help the bees and make them feel they are welcome to pollinate in our garden. Thank you Hamimommy for the new video. ♥️

I love your work with plants, both indoor and outdoor! I have to get a watering bottle to spray my plants, I don't even know why they do not flourish and grow. And vitamins. I don't have a lot of sun at my windows but they can still grow well with proper watering and vitamins, I guess, I will try that soon. The syrup and your lovely garden, cherry tree!!! ㅇ 버터 간장 계란밥 (샘표 계란이 맛있어지는 간장 사용),
ㅇ 쟁반 비빔 막국수 (간장 2T, 고춧가루 3T, 찰고추장 2T, 식초 2T, 매실청 2T, 설탕 4T, 물엿 3T, 다진마늘 2T, 소금 약간), 물만두 (비비고)
* 달기는 고추장에 따라 달라지니, 먹어보고 물엿양을 조절하세요 :_
📍 베이킹 (직접 등록해서 수강하고 있는 맘보 바리스타 제과제빵학원에서 공유 허락하여 주신 레시피입니다 :)
ㅇ 바닐라 피낭시에 (휘낭시에)
박력분 52g, 슈가파우더 52g, 아몬드파우더 52g, 베이킹파우더 2g, 설탕 74g, 흰자 132g, 꿀 4g, 물엿 14g, 헤이즐넛 앵커버터 112g, 바닐라빈 2g, 바닐라페이스트 6g
* 가루는 체 치고 액체류는 섞어서 반죽을 만든다.
* 버터는 끓였다가 60도 이하로 식히고, 3번에 나누어 반죽에 혼합한다.
* 반죽은 30분 정도 휴지 후, 팬에 60% 팬닝 후 190/170도 오븐에 13~15분 굽는다.
ㅇ 녹차 마들렌
박력분 202g, 베이킹파우더 6g, 녹차파우더 21g, 설탕 210g, 물엿 30g, 계란 225g, 버터 225g
* 버터는 중탕으로 녹이고, 체친 가루와 액체류 섞은 반죽에 섞는다.
* 반죽은 30분 휴지하고, 팬에 버터칠한 후 80%정도 팬닝한다.
* 180/160도에서 12~15분 굽는다.
