indeed it was one of the saddest days for us as I am from the same island I hear these things from my mom and my elder family members how this happened and how people saved each other and I still believe if the thinadhoo people even try to change the future is a way to gift the past of ours... the memories of those who left will never leave us and that day is always remembered and we cant forget anyone who died that day neither the two who were lost forever... may Allah give those families strength to move ahead without returning to the past again... Ameen
