One logistics manager can handle one warehouse and it's logistics. So for example if your warehouse has 2 docks, one manager can handle 2 trucks and 2 drivers. Also going back to an earlier video: You can now move products between warehouses. Just use one of your slots and set it to your second warehouse.
i’m sure everyone knows but you can take a taxi anywhere with the ika carts full or empty and use it to unload large orders across town from ika with their cart, i’ve found it very useful.
I have been buying Ingrid's businesses to lower her income, but she also has Real Estate Properties that I am still unclear as to what or how they play into the game. Ingrid also opened 3 new businesses on me to try and drop down prices.
@CharliePryor Yo yo, love your content man! 😁 You got me into Big Ambitions. Quick happiness tip I discovered at the skate park. There is a bench inside the skate park. Sit there for 3 hours and you get something like 4 days of +30% happiness! Best thing is there is a subway stop right near the skate park so it is quick and easy to get there. Cheers man, and keep up the good works. ^.^
@@CharliePryor Hell yeah! Now I'm doing two park runs every fortnight for +60% happiness. That plus video games and that daily revenue bonus. I'm set. I don't even have to exercise anymore hahahaha
Do u get any advantages from paying of the loan? Or is it just to not pay the interest anymore. I usually just pay the interest and not of on the actual loan. Keep up the great work :)
@@CharliePryorHaha fair, I was just hoping for something along the lines of u being able to take a bigger loan later in the game since you've been a good customer and paid your debt. Idk lol
@@larslars5250 Well, that's possible with doing it too, yes. Because you're only allowed so high of a balance in debt, so if you pay down what you owe, that frees up the credit line for later.
I tried buying a law firm from Ingrid and it took 20 minutes of trying to get a good price that she would accept. Then when I bought it I had to fire 30 people because she had them working 1 hour a day. Also she had salad bars and soda cans in the law firm so she was definitely losing money over that
@@CharliePryor I think the rivals get confused over the non retail businesses (such as web dev and lawyer firms etc). For some reason. I saw on another playthrough, they were putting in produce in their offices as well.

Any ways needless to say we are currently now putting the 6 other law firms out of business by only charging 170 an hour
I got something to say. It's better to burn out then fade away. I wonder if anyone remembers what that line is from? It's exactly what you and Ingrid are doing in that order.
Is it possible to buy the new parking garage, and does that have positive cash flow. Cause that's $25 parking, that could be some killer passive income
the easist way imo to fixthis is just have a tooltip lock afte x seckents likethay do in alot of grand stradagie and rpg games or have a hotkey you hit like in bg3 to lok the tool tip in plase so you can hove hover over it
Don't buy the web develop agency over! Ingrid now has to invest money from other companies in this and thus costs her money. If you would buy it over then she wouldn't have to invest money and would make more profit.
You can sell ice cream pints in the freezers. It might be a better seller than wine or cigars.
Didn't even realize that was a thing! THANKS!
I've had a few wine and ice cream nights in my life. There is definitely the occasional demand for that pair 😅
@@alexmcd378 I like the sound of that so that might become my night tonight!

Char-cuterie? Great series, keep at it.
Nice work Charlie, loving the series!
I was hoping the CharMart would be "Basically Vegetables". LOL
All the best

Good morning!! A quick tip, if you hold ALT while place an object you can bypass the normal snapping placement. Have a great day.🎉
This is already known, and has been demonstrated several times already in this series.

Not paying interest anymore is kinda the entire benefit for paying off any loan. ;)

Way more preferable than having to check a help index for help, although having both a heads-up help by hovering and the index would be grand.
Considering you already have the Char's... Why not have it... Char'd Food Mart ;)
