Helo bro can we migrate in 4th year in Philippines or any other Europe country from central Asia in M.D
I think, you are focusing only on the basis of fmge or Indian route. But based on Russia , most of the agents fail to guide the minimum recognition qualification. MD. Physician ( MBBS) is just program in Russia . But need to attend training program ( ordinatura - clinical residency/ pg) .
MBBS + pg + minimum 3-4 years of work experience is needed for a good recognition in Arab countries. And 6 years experience for fellowship Royal College, UK. (Or) MBBS + pg + PhD ( aspirantura / candidate science / kandidat nauk) , with 5 years of work experience+ ielts in Arab and European language proficiency for European Union. . So most of the agents fail to guide doctors regarding direct recognition of Russian medical qualification.
Coming to Philippines - unless a foreigner becomes naturalized citizen, he or she can't attend internship and medical license examination . Pg Degrees over Philippines are widely recognized in Arab countries with 4 years of work experience. In this aspect, Russia would be far better. So need to plan well in advance before going to Russia or Philippines.

Hlo guys (Indians) don’t ever study medicine in the college called University Of Perpetual Help system Dalta (UPHSD) Manila Philippines, The education is very worst there. They will dump the portions like a hell on you. Already my friend and myself are very depressed of not being able to gain knowledge. Till today they haven’t even showed us the passport size of the cadevar and some dissections. But for exam alone they used to ask us some complicated questions, in order to fail us. Failing students = more money for them. So pls look for some other good colleges even In Philippines, but don’t choose UPHSD, #Dont study medicine in UPHSD

If you don't like UPHD to study Medicine there are many good Universities to choose like UP,ATENEO,UST,UERM,DE LASSALE,PAMANTASAN NG MAYNILA,FEU,SAN BEDA and many more.
