I need a clarification... Social category block and need to allow Facebook access only.. How to do? I tried that social category blocked on fortifuard then I allow Facebook url in staic url filter.. But still that is not working

1.Allow access user or IP or set group base.
2.add allow policy in both Fortigate and Fortigurd
3.check the URL format.
4.check the logs to find the blocked location
