Can you fit 315/70r17 on a 3" lifted 08 gmc sierra? 17x8 -12 offset? I understand there will be a need for a larger nor cal mod, and possibly bumper trimming, but that is ok with me.

They average *about* the same not in boost. But once you get into it, it starts suckin!

City/county doesn't so much as care. Mainly just state patrol
i know up in ontario canada tint isn't really something they pull you over for, but when you get pulled they will give you a ticket for it
