I watched the video earlier. My internet did not allow me to put in my comment. Here am After 3:00 going to 4:00. That is a HOME SWEET HOME. LOVED THE VIDEO. THANKS MAX
Excellent information, especially for our young families starting out. I couldn't buy my first home until I found the right people to pass the knowledge and help me out. I am paying it forward by providing the same information provided to me. Great house, Great Video, thanks!
You're absolutely correct; a home is "over-priced" only if NOBODY is willing to pay the price asked! To that end, a $10 sandwich isn't overpriced...if hunger pangs are doing a tap dance on your innards! On the other hand, it might be more appropriate to gauge a home's price on a "value-for-money" basis? Aye, there's the rub!
Thank you for your feedback. Value for money is strictly opinion and not something that can be quantified. A veteran police officer that lives alone may be comfortable in a neighborhood that isn't the safest, but provides plenty of square footage. If he had a 5 and 7 year old living with him or her, the "value" of a safer neighborhood may outweigh the additional square footage. Value is somewhat random, depending on the judge. However, a sale at a given price is a solid determination, in a quantitative manner.
I'm a big fan.Virginia is nice and the homes you show are gorgeous, but some of the yards are way to big for me.Thats a lot of mowing. Haha!Love your humor also.
Good afternoon Mr. Williams! I hope all is well. I love the renovations on this home. The floors are truly amazing, love that shine. The space looks great. Thank you for the video and Enjoy the rest of your day. HAPPY FATHER'S DAY!!!
This is a neighborhood that plenty of people absolutely love, just like the family that lived there for 40 years. Values have done very well there over time. THANKS
This is good information because I'm looking to buy a home but my credit score is 665 at this time plus I'm saving for my down payment. I was considering going through TD Bank North instead of using a mortgage company or broker
I am sorry Max I have to disagree with you. Of course there maybe someone out there that may be able to afford a high priced home. However the economy has put people who have went to college in positions to not be able to buy what they went to college to achieve. It does not matter what your gain is right now when buying a house. It has become a situation of sticking with the Devil you know verses the one you don't. You may want to become a home owner like myself, but the prices are way out of our league. Of course you may feel other wise because your in the business of making money to an extent. No one should be paying four hundred thousand for siding in any state. I have seen this from Michigan where I live to Arizona and North Carolina. Another thing the dates on these homes 1950-1970 Still love the channel anyway and appreciate what you do. Have an awesome👌🏾day Max😍🥰😜
Hello and thanks for your feedback. All real estate is local and there are indeed some areas where ownership is indeed a bigger challenge than others. Here in the Richmond area, most people can still afford a home, even if they don't have much cash. I routinely get people into homes for less money at closing than what they would pay for first month rent and security deposit. Not every agent and loan officer is proficient with the most lucrative programs for first time buyers. As an example of what is possible, the family below was homeless 3 years prior to their purchase and moved from public housing into their own home. If they can do it (with no degrees), anyone can do it locally, with motivation and the right lending and real estate professionals at their side. ua-cam.com/video/A-h787qr3lU/v-deo.html

That is truly a beautiful home all around down to the grounds , I'd add a white picket fence call it a day . Thxs max stay blessed
Hi Max, I'm on the tour with you, I hope you had a great day 💕
There she is ! Thanks for stopping by again.
I said the same thing, stop paying for somebody else's lifestyle. Because that's what your doing when you rent!
Beautiful. Absolutely prefer a rancher. The two car garage is necessary for us since we are accustomed to that.
I spot a red truck 🚘
It always seems to appear in these videos for some reason LOL
Wow!
Hi, is this price the average in Henrico?
It is not too far off. The average for all of VA just hit $400K. Thanks for watching.
Good weekend to you love 💘this house is it a diverse neighborhood because I noticed houses in certain places fair different still love your platform
This is a neighborhood that plenty of people absolutely love, just like the family that lived there for 40 years. Values have done very well there over time. THANKS
Love it but not much of a backyard!
Okay never mind lol
Nice place, but four cars in that garage would be too tight. That's more like a two car garage with plenty of workspace.
Approved showerhead alert!! 🚿
Sugar status may remain confidential! 😂
Max if you say home office one more time. What's with the home office, huh. Ha, ha, ha,
Max… 🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️ sugar status

Awesome news ! Please let me know if I can be of assistance.
@@MaxWilliamsRealtor what credit score is typical to qualify for 0 money down?
Hello Max, how your day going, hope all is well, stay blessed my friend.
Yes indeed. Thank you for your support
The driveway is the best part. I would add color to the walls, cabinets and outside of house, then you have a perfect house.
I can't live without color... I hate this all white and gray trend.
@@oranjmusemeyer968 Ditto you are so right I just try to sandwich my comments so they get the point.

Paying four hundred thousand for siding? This house is brick, just painted over.
