In lactogenesis U told as soon delivery takes place prolactin level increased.. but in galactopoisis u r saying although prolactin level is decreasing following the delivery... Confused in that part!!!! Can u make it Clear?

Because of prolactin responsible for production of milk not secretion or ejection of milk

There is confusion... U r saying oxytocin is producing milk...!

It causes contraction of myoepithelial cells, thus from lobules stored milk eject
