We enter the world of star netball player Maia Wilson.
Appointed the youngest to captain at the elite level last year, shooter and foundation player Maia Wilson will be back for a sixth season with the Stars in 2022. A precocious young talent, Wilson was a Silver Fern by the end of her debut season (2016) at just 19 years of age. Blessed with an unflappable temperament, accuracy and strong netballing nous, Wilson has been the Stars anchor at the shooting end since their formation in 2017.
