Thanks for the comment! Never intended to mimic the course, but wanted to introduce Vince to those that aren't aware of the great training he has to offer.

Vince has been teaching techs for nearly as long as ScannerDanner has been alive! Both are excellent teachers. You'll learn a lot from each one.

So far bith of you have failed to get to any useful tips at the 19:25 time market. Where you are showing a wiring diagram that is out of focus because the the host has to include himself in the camera view making the schematic too small or too low resolution.
20 minutes of chit chating between to old teachers . And nothing useful or no teaching

What the 1st tip at the 24 minute mark? To have a 50 foot ground jumper wire to get to the ground lug of the power source/battery

Vince is the electrical troubleshooting King ! Took his 5 day course back in 2008 . Best method of effectively teaching auto electrical that I have encountered in 35+ years in the business.

I tried the training board and loved it you can have problems installed and try to understand the how and why it effects the circuit. Then my mind was just able to get readings at each step and then understand why it failed.

THANKS! This is better than any school I have been to recently studying nowadays. Years back it was much more hands on at the bench at the schools for troubleshooting. Now todays it is so less trouble shooting it is relied on the company to teach out on the period of 2 months outhere when you are practical working for them. The schools must take care of the students better as I was in the 80s when we had a schools based on troubleshoooting and when you could solder a component away to switch to a new one. This was about tv:s, radios, all the circuits outhere but today it is hard to establish a troubleshooting on a tv, computer because it is to small components. Cars we can still do some troubleshooting but is harder today and schools I think has to have the bench-troubleshooting-period alot before getting out to the company also to get a job without working for them for free for a couple of ,months when they do not have the time to teach you everything. THANKS again motor age and Vince etc invided in the motorage you are worth gold.

I have been learning about voltage drop now for about a year and it's very easy to go from something simple like this board and then to a newer car and get intimidated because you see all those wires and say omg where do I start but if you can access wiring diagrams it makes you focus on the circuit in question and it isn't as intimidating . good video

That's interesting! I would get the schematics for both systems - A/C clutch and brake light switch - to see if there is something in common. Grounds immediately come to mind. Good luck!

i am from India but been in USA for almost 9 years. Refer Scanner Danner, Realfixesrealfast site to get more insight of electrical troubleshooting, both are great. ScannerDanner is more of electrical side.. Also i am not saying Vince is not good, he might be better than the two..
