Thanks for the comment! Never intended to mimic the course, but wanted to introduce Vince to those that aren't aware of the great training he has to offer.
Vince has been teaching techs for nearly as long as ScannerDanner has been alive! Both are excellent teachers. You'll learn a lot from each one.
So far bith of you have failed to get to any useful tips at the 19:25 time market. Where you are showing a wiring diagram that is out of focus because the the host has to include himself in the camera view making the schematic too small or too low resolution.
20 minutes of chit chating between to old teachers . And nothing useful or no teaching
What the 1st tip at the 24 minute mark? To have a 50 foot ground jumper wire to get to the ground lug of the power source/battery
Just bought and received Vinces book now have a video to go with it. Thanks Pete and Vince.
his class keeps it simple a must to go been there done it 2 weeks straight one of his vets.
Vince is the electrical troubleshooting King ! Took his 5 day course back in 2008 . Best method of effectively teaching auto electrical that I have encountered in 35+ years in the business.
I agree and respect the maturity and teaching quality Vince has certainly no doubt. Pete I am impressed with your reply to your subscribers, you are very quick.. Thanks for that.
excellent video..how many techs not aware of silicon diode for ecm's for protection?? causing 0.7v drop..great stuff!
I tried the training board and loved it you can have problems installed and try to understand the how and why it effects the circuit. Then my mind was just able to get readings at each step and then understand why it failed.
I admire this guy, he's spent decades learning and teaching electrical diag. He's humble about it too
It's an older video but what a great informational tutorial 😊😊
Techs can travel to Garland or learn at home with Vince's techniques. Great way to learn how to successfully troubleshoot electrical problems.
THANKS! This is better than any school I have been to recently studying nowadays. Years back it was much more hands on at the bench at the schools for troubleshooting. Now todays it is so less trouble shooting it is relied on the company to teach out on the period of 2 months outhere when you are practical working for them. The schools must take care of the students better as I was in the 80s when we had a schools based on troubleshoooting and when you could solder a component away to switch to a new one. This was about tv:s, radios, all the circuits outhere but today it is hard to establish a troubleshooting on a tv, computer because it is to small components. Cars we can still do some troubleshooting but is harder today and schools I think has to have the bench-troubleshooting-period alot before getting out to the company also to get a job without working for them for free for a couple of ,months when they do not have the time to teach you everything. THANKS again motor age and Vince etc invided in the motorage you are worth gold.
A link to Vince's website is included in the video description. All of his material is available for home study.
thank you guys for doing these videos.
I have been learning about voltage drop now for about a year and it's very easy to go from something simple like this board and then to a newer car and get intimidated because you see all those wires and say omg where do I start but if you can access wiring diagrams it makes you focus on the circuit in question and it isn't as intimidating . good video
oh man you are a great teacher you make sense
Excellent trouble shooting procedures
Check out our entire library of videos on our home channel page. I'm sure we have enough to keep you busy for a while!

Thank you so much!
Thanks guys!!!!!!
You are both very great technicians and I always learn many things and diagnostic techniques, I greet you both and for many failures solved in the future, bye
You can get Vince's materials and learn at home! Just go to the website link in the description above.
I try! :-)
vince how can i be part of your training in USA i reside in NIGERIA but I have little idea in auto electrical
Any idea why my ac clutch only engages when I'm pressing the brake pedal?
That's interesting! I would get the schematics for both systems - A/C clutch and brake light switch - to see if there is something in common. Grounds immediately come to mind. Good luck!
How much the home study course? still available?
Yes, you can contact Vince directly at www.veejer.com
Thank you to get you
what range in the voltmeter can I use
Elisa Hachiles For most testing, DCv
nice
i am from India but been in USA for almost 9 years. Refer Scanner Danner, Realfixesrealfast site to get more insight of electrical troubleshooting, both are great. ScannerDanner is more of electrical side.. Also i am not saying Vince is not good, he might be better than the two..
I am a auto electrician in India my knowledge in auto electronics is not enough to work in all Indian cars so i want to learn more from you so what suggestion to me from you and this video not give suggestion short and good
:)
I cant watch it...the camera man stole his video...lol
I can’t stand this new names he is using.
