Everything is ok,but the diagrammatic connection and parts assembling connection are different. For example, L is with pf,N is with Br. Rectifier in ckt dgm.But in practical, L is with Br. Rectifier and N is with pf. Secondly, 3 parallel resistors with -ve in dgm,but +ve in practical. Though nothing matters. But some confusion may arise.

Sir u have connected 68ohms at negative of output in circuit diagram but in video u have connected at the positive..
You can contact those resistance with positive or negative... your choice... no problem

Testing kiya to 20W led tube light and 100W series lamp dim jalata hai. Kya fault hoga. I have used 82ohms X 3 nos. 68 ohms nahi tha.

मैं आपके वीडियो को पूरे विश्वास के साथ देखता हूं मगर इस ट्यूबलाइट rc driver में ek समस्या yh है कि 100 wztt का series bulb भी पूरी क्षमता के साथ जलता है। क्या कारण हो सकता है। सर्किट को पूरी तरह से जाँचने के बाद भी कोई शोर्ट पॉइंट नहीं पाया गया।
कृपया इसका कारण बताने की कृपा करें ताकि आवश्यक सुधार किया जा सके। आपके उत्तर की अपेक्षा तीव्रता से है।
मेरे अनुमान से आपने Bridge Rectifier को pf capacitor से पहले लगा दिया है ये capacitor dropper ड्राइवर है पहेले pf capacitor लगाना है voltage drop होने के बाद bridge rectifier लगेगा circuit check करो...
