FYI, Crown Communities has been purchased by DR Horton. The Junea as well as all Crown Communities models are still built by DR Horton.

I've seen this model in Simpsonville sc and the video just doesn't do it justice this house is sweet

i have a junea built in 2014 in ga. i see that the builder for this house included the attic door in the upstairs bedroom. i thought i was supposed to get one because I saw it on the drawing/plan but the builder told me that it was not included. :-(

If I could buy this home and pay upper $200,000 on a 1 -2 acre lot near York or Rock Hill...I'd drive from NY and hand you a check !! I've been looking for a house like this since Nov. 2017, so that's like 8 months. The kitchen is similar to mine in the one the selling.

Can you get this house with a three car garage and a basement?
Tyrone Dawn There is no option on this plan for a 3rd garage. This builder does have other plans with a 3 car option. I'd have to double check with my builder contact if they can do a basement on this home. Would you be interested in this home with a basement but not a 3rd garage bay?
My dad is building this floorplan and we have a basement and 3 garage
