The word vomit of ai is noticeable in all these stories, they lack any real character development. Just big words, strung together like there’s a minimum on an essay.
I mean how many times do you need to mention "eldritch light".... It's quite lazy stuff. Pronounciation is another problem. I've already decided to ditch this channel but a saved story came on when I was on the garage roof. I'm not saving anymore. There's only so much AI I can stomach. This is beyond my tolerance, I'm afraid.
I have seen like 5 of these ai generated story channels.. starting to become a problem.
They are Ai generated. Yeah, character depth isn't that big, but Ai probably didn't ask for that to be flashed out.
But this is exactly why the Writers Guild was so worked up over along with the rest of Hollywood. If Ai can do this with a few prompts, and the ability to make images and video the same way, Hollywood could crumble fast under an onslaught of independent film projects that are created by a few.
And with Hollywood being so damn WOKE, people would jump to watch non woke fiction.
Is it irony that an AI is telling us about the destruction of humans from an AI?
Despite the mispronunciations of the AI reader, the story was good and I enjoyed it. Thanks for sharing. And if my comments here are falling on deaf ears because the entirety of the development, production, and publication is fully automated by AI, then thank you AI, good job, I still enjoyed it.

The reader voice reminds me of those people to call me for my car warranty they can’t speak English either.
I think the tone & cadence of the voice lulled me to sleep within 15 minutes... was out for 3 hours.

An AI wouldn't have to stay in a core. It could scatter into the network around the entire ship.
You don't get rust in space. There is no oxygen to oxidize the metal, i.e. rust.
You have oxygen inside a space ship as part of the life support. They would rest from the inside out.
@RaustShieldra to be fair the moment a hull breach is had, the oxygen escapes, the rust stops.

@raust Why do you need people for an atmosphere? That's stupid. Like saying the air conditioner in my car won't work or won't stay on if a person leaves the car. No it'll stay running till its fuel runs out.
@BFPerry220 Without an atmìosphere, the transfer of heat throughout a vessel would be difficult. Also, there has to be a source of energy to provide heat to be distributed. Were the interior temperature to become low enough, the air would turn into liquid.
No plume of nuclear fire in the vacuum of space!!!
the cover art makes me think that the artist is still living in the period just after WWII based on the ship designs. For craft that travel in space they don't make sense.

For metal to rust, there needs to be water and oxygen. There is neither in space. Decent story anyway.

@@OrionLaerithrynobviously, ai doesn't do much "thinking". They only do as programmed to do. Nothing intelligent about them at all.
You have to know how to use punctuation and deliberate misspellings to make text to speech get everything right. But not everyone has the patience or intelligence to do it.

LOL. I enjoy the creativity of Sci Fi. But... if the planet had been scanned and no sign of life identified, then where did the humans suddenly come from? The planet was dead! The AI Adam had seized control and eliminated human life. How did humans suddenly have control of those old warships?
Once Adam had been destroyed, why exactly would the different human manned ships suddenly turn on each other?

So humanity was a long extinct species, only to show up 30 minutes later with a with a full fleet out of nowhere. No questions about where or how humanity survived or where they hid.

I just finished listening to a another story and the AI narration was fantastic. I've only been listening to this One about two minutes the narration has been sickening.
If your gonna use an AI voice, you should also use AI to make more images to go with the story

Stopped after 30 seconds. Might be a good story, but the AI voice is just too annoying and very difficult to listen to.
Text to speech or whatever is being used is pretty bad.
