Title 10 is the Geneva Convention rules of regular Military has to follow. Title 50 is Presidential Order for Intelligence Agencies and Teir One team that gives them the authority to Kill or Capture. Title 10 and 50 have been in place for many years well over 70 plus .

It would be nice if the person asking questions was a little more read up on the laws before asking the question. Saying "I'm a little fuzzy on this..." You're the podcaster, that's your job.
