Hi, I live in Utah and want to ask you why so many single family residences have such tiny yards? My home is on a 7000sq ft lot and your houses there in Calgary all look much smaller to me. Also, whats the deal with 10 year mortgages? Here in the US a 30 year fixed rate is the norm. Thanks!
Good questions! Our mortgage structure is set up much differently than the US. We have Terms tied with Amortizations and you only have Amortizations. As for lots and sizes of homes, it all depends on where you buy. Lots of options. Are you thinking of making the move up here?

My ask is, what's is the best Neighborhood for rent to new Immigrants, by the way I have two little Daughters 3 and 5 years old, and they have will the best education..
