Hello, I have a lirika RI9840 type SUP041. I went to the descaling menu. I put the product, then start. The cycle never ends. On the screen, 3/4 pixels are missing to finish. If I open the door, the pixel bar moves back (-10 pixels). If I turn off the machine I have to start all over again! And in addition, when there is no more water for the descaling cycle, the screen does not say so (should be red with a drawing of a drop of water). I'm going crazy. All the hot water goes into the spout and into the tray, but never into the two coffee spouts. I changed the flow meter, O-rings, water inlet pipe...please help me. Thank you so much.
Hello! double check from the tee to the coffee dispenser. Somewhere the hydraulic system is clogged or not properly assembled. Check that a fungus is installed correctly in the valve nose, which supports the hole. If it is in the wrong direction, the coffee machine will not work. I am attaching the link. As a result, the descaling cycle is not completed.

@@saecoffeetime1148 this part is new (with a spring pin) I have only one solenoid valve. I was able to enter the manufacturer menu (I press diagonally on the top left and bottom right) and I was able to activate water towards the double coffee outlet. so nothing is clogged. I cleaned everything: pump ex5 ulka, solenoid valve, flow meter is new. I cleaned everything. I rebuilt the coffee unit (brew unit with oring and new grease). I turn off the machine and I turn on I'm still in the descaling cycle. I can't find the problem. Thank you for your help.
