Could you cite the 100 reps literature? Thanks. 🌹

And why 100 reps at the start? I been having achilles pain for 1 ywar already almost and Im so depressed. It kills my life quality. So Is it okay to just do isometrics and eccentrics all 2 days?

One of the biggest keys to rehab is finding a place to start and gradually build up from there. So if it's a 10 second hold for isometrics, or 10 reps, whatever is tolerated (this varies a lot between individuals). 100 reps is what is most commonly used in the rehab programs in the research.
Hope that helps! You got this!
