Just cried listening to this. The depth when Chris sins in the opening and during the song, gives the highs and lows of this one. Takes it to a whole new meaning. I had to pause and re watch it like 15 times for my eyes were filled with tears streaming all the time. What a song..! Darius, you my friend are a genius to have written this gem.
Funny how I remember the feelings I had when I heard both of these groups for the first time back then, and now to see them together singing one of my favorite songs, blessed!! As we have all aged, it is truly something special to be able to watch this, It’s like just hanging out with some old friends again. Thanks for the memories guys ❤️🌻🦋

I didn't get into Hootie back in the day. Didn't take him serious because of the name. Now I've grown to love his music, and appreciate his wisdom.The Black Crowes have always had my attention.

Absolutely love The Black Crowes and Hootie. I remember buying Hootie and the Blowfish CDs. 💿 This is a collab I didn't know I needed. But it makes sense after reading how Darius wrote this after being inspired by She Talks to Angel's by TBC.

The bass player in Hootie owned a bar in St Pete FL that was half mile away from the VA that i worked at. Most of us are veterans and I don't think he ever let us vet's pay for a drink lol. Good dude this was 2012.
