Thank you soooo very much!!! This video was so helpful!! The instructions it came with was only visual and confusing. I was getting frustrated but I came across this video and suddenly I had the Ah Ha moment! My puppy stroller is all set up thanks to this video. This made it super easy for a lady like myself who does not do handy man stuff at all. Lol

My front wheel won't stay on. The clip just slides off. Can I gorilla glue it or should I get a clip that isn't defective?

I did everything like your video, but the rear wheels won't roll. They are stuck . Help please
It's possible the brake levers are engaged (silver levers behind the back wheels). Try pulling those up and it should allow the wheels to roll. If this still doesn't work, please contact our customer support team and we'll see what w can do to help: vivo-us.com/pages/support
My strap came completely detatched and the instructions give me nothing other than "Get the fixed rope around the iron pipe and hold it as shown". What is shown is not helpful. Please help

We're sorry the stroller is having problems! When pressing the button, are you also twisting the handle forward? Is it also possible to unlock and fold the stroller by pulling up on the black latches on each side of the stroller frame?

Is it possible to disassemble the wheels? I screwed it up!
The wheels can be disassembled. There are latches holding each wheel in place, and releasing these will allow the wheels to be pulled off and reinstalled. If you need assistance, please contact our customer support team: vivo-us.com/pages/support
How do you close it after use?
To fold the stroller, hold the button on the middle of the handle and then twist the handle forward. The locks will release and the stroller can be easily folded and locked in position using the gray clip on the side.
