Watching this again, I see that at the end of the video, yellow sail has an interesting technique where he kicks the water. It looks like he might be shunting. He drops the steering oar (it's tied on) leans forward to untie something, kicks the water twice, and then with a flick of the mast the sail tack is out and he's holding it. Then the video cuts out. Don't know if he was dousing the sail or shunting.
@@trenthink watching this again, I also notice that the black sail has the sheet around the aka, so more friction and can't ease as fast as yellow sail who is holding the sheet directly. There is a bit where yellow sail passes with black sail in the background, it looks like he isn't in much of a rush to right himself, maybe waiting to drift back in?

what happened to they guy that capsized? how did he get it back up?
I’m sure he did it on his own, and no one was rushing out to “save” him, but I suppose it took more than a few minutes.
