My first bibimbap at a Korean restaurant in Irvine, CA and I was eating it kind of like this…a bit of this and some of that. The waitress came over (no English) and poured on the chili sauce and gave it a good mix! So I learned that.
Dang Irvine! My hometown! They should explain to people that you generally sauce it and mix the whole thing up. Common mistake, given it generally looks so pretty when they give it to you.
Bibimbap is the best 😑 so much flavor and texture to enjoy... And dang, a spa treatment on top of that! 😂 You're living your best life, Raina!
