70% of adults who have ever had a substance use disorder consider themselves to be in recovery or say they have overcome it. Miranda's recovery story began in 2000. She now helps others overcome their substance use addictions as a Substance Abuse Specialist at the Northern Navajo Medical Center in Shiprock, New Mexico.
