00495100 is the reading you show in your video. What I want to know(which you did not explain) is, how do I know how to tell the gallons used on the water meter.

A reading of 415,900 on the water meter means that 415,900 gallons have been used. Note this meter is set for gallons, some water meters measure in Cubic Feet, and if your water meter is in cubic feet multiply by 7.48 to convert to gallons. I hope this helps!
