At 13:20 the spacers that go under the barrel and plungers are on the table and you do not show putting them in before installing at !4:05 the barrel and plungers! There is a dial in procedure to set a degree that the height for injection timing that determines what thickness of spacer needs to be put in! May have got it all together, but missed a lot of thing that is needed to be checked, throttle shaft seals, guides, etc!
