- DeeperSpace is a group of creators who have been working on "fanmade official" Geometry Dash levels for a little while now, and the levels are now done. 8 levels are now available to be played on the DeeperSpace account specifically for this. "Space Invaders" is the final and hardest level in the series. It's the one I was most excited about after seeing some previews, so I played this first. Maybe in the next few days I'll upload some of the other levels in the series too. This one definitely set the bar high, but I'm excited to try more of them.
As mentioned, a group of creators is behind the account, with certain creators working on each level in the series. This one in particular is by Manix648 and LazerBlitz. We have already seen some work from the latter in 2.2, but it's awesome to see more by him, especially in tandem with Manix648. This is probably my favorite creator duo from their sick collaborations in 2.0 and 2.1, and this level shows that they've most certainly still got it! Every part looks great, featuring neat designs with some nice art and effects mixed in when fitting. The color mixing should also be mentioned, as every part has multiple colors on screen that fit perfectly together, making sure that no parts get boring to look at. There are lots of 2.2 features mixed in here too, such as some blocks, particles, camera controls, shaders, and of course keyframes for some of the cool animations.
With so many 2.2 features, you always worry a bit about the gameplay due to how much they change the look of the base game. It does feel awkward to play at first, but with some practice, it wasn't that bad to me personally. I wouldn't go into this expecting it to be a walk in the park, though, as some parts prove tricky, and perhaps a bit frustrating, to get down. The variety in gameplay from part to part does make the impression a bit better for me overall. I think it will be a Medium Demon once rated. All in all, the boys did a great job making a challenging 2.2 level in a style inspired by official levels.

Oh yeah this is getting legendary for sure. People gotta understand you don’t need to make a God like level to get the rating, but if the passion and your execution of the idea for the level is flawless, and it shows then for sure you’re bound to get better ratings

as a person with fingers yes the gameplay is horrendous sometimes there is some super unbalanced miniwave part. the people saying "stop its meant to be hard" are trying abit too hard. the gameplay just isnt that good so no legendary but it is REALLY cool@@samuunn

Ever since i saw the first previews for the Deeper Space project it has been one of my most anticipated 2.2 projects. It's styled to feel like a GD spinoff game themed around space, which is a really good idea. There are many talented creators like Subwoofer, Manix, and Lazerblitz and I was especially hyped for this level. I dont see many uses for lists but this one actually really justifies their existence, I'm trying to beat Space Invaders but I've beaten the first 3 levels, they're all so far great imo, and Clownparty has some really cool stuff in the 2nd half.

This has got to be one of my favourite GD collaborations. It brings some of the best creators in the game and mixes them into one project. I saw Lieb's one earlier and it was awesome! I hope they are all this quality

In many years of playing Geometry Dash, I never thought we would reach this point in the most epic creations in editor mode, what an absolutely insane level!
The song and level are soo perfect,its cool to look that someone finally used this song in a good level
I love this, it matches perfectly with the intensity and the energy of the song. It has a lot of creative ideas for the gameplay, the effects, the shaders, the camera usage, everything feels so connected and despite it uses a lot of simple objects, it manages to create such a frenetic experience. Maybe the gameplay could have been polished a bit but it isn't a big problem since it seems really fun when you learn it. Awesome level.

It's a bit learny but once you get the hang of it it's pretty fun
delete your dumb comment on the level, the gameplay is fire. You are just feeding into all the ppl who complain nonstop about gameplay when in reality the level is meant to be hard and you are meant to spend more than 5 minutes learning it.

I don’t get how Manix and Lazerblitz are so insanely good that they can leave for YEARS and return and not have missed a beat in the creating scene. Just legendary creators and I’m grateful to have been playing the game long enough to see their creating careers.
This is one of those levels that makes me want to build so bad but also reminds me that I can’t build at all 😂 Awesome level!
Just beat this myself, simply incredible level imo. Gameplay is so fun once you get it down, the theming is brilliant, and it captures of essence of 2.2 perfectly

My new favorite Medium Demon. My previous was Binary Life because I like deco and gameplay in this level, but Space Invaders has stunning gameplay and good deco in RobTop's style ♥
