Just a quick note, I don't need to be educated on the outcome of this trade. I'm well aware of why my trailing stop was hit. I've reviewed how I managed this one and documented it. Let’s say you have completed your checklist for higher time and now you are on a lower time waiting for a new CHOFCH to happen so you can get your entry. What if price continues to create new CHOFCH’s,in your intended direction, but never gives you a actual tap at your zone. At what point do you give up on the trade and say it took off without you ? Thanks ahead of time for your response

Interesting. Im on the USD/JPY but I trading the Monthly, Weekly, Daily. Ive been holding the trade now for going 4 weeks now. I just bought my stop loss to Breakeven last Friday. It's good to see videos ideas I can learn a lot from it. I hoping to get some new ideas to improve my training over the years I've been doing it

Very thankful to my mentor but I need something a little bit more to improve my trading to fill in the missing gaps. So, I just started studying ICT then I came across you SMC. I have been taking notes from you and also been testing them on Forex Tester 2 ( Yes, I know it's old but it still getting maket data updates lol) my goal is to get down to the lowest time frame to the future but because my busy Lifestyle. The lowest entry I will trade is the H4. This is my 2nd trade Ive taken based on SMC but I still have a lot of testing and studying to do, but I enjoy it. I just got a bit of a head start due to my experience with price action Trading. Also, thank you for being very transparent. :)
Hi Ara, after breaking the low we were wondering if it's LQ or BOS, waiting for the next BOS breakout confirmed that they still want to go down. Above was IMB and a SUPPLY zone.

The reason got stopped out was because the high you trailed your stop to, acted as inducement so price had to take out the orders there before continuing the push down. Anyways, nice video and nice trade
I'm aware. Managing a trade in real time is a bit different than hindsight though. This is sometimes the reality of trading.

Hindsight trading, cherry-picking etc is a real thing. Anyone can do it so I think it's best to always record live as it's 100% no bias as one can't know what will happen next so it's a fair ask. Some traders only have 'strategies' based on how they feel in the moment which is subjective and no strategy at all. For example, people move stops and change risk/reward ratios mid-trade (not predetermined) which is cool for them but is subjective and so the average person can't replicate.
Fair points but the bottom line is that recording live is a pain and no one on the internet owes anyone anything.
Cherry picking trade examples is very educational and informative. It's up to the viewer to go test it on their own and see if it's a viable strategy for themselves.
Using replay mode or cherry picking examples has 0% correlation to how skilled the educator is as a trader.
